A most improbable world: Buddhist Kalmykia

(Russian version) In 2010 I visited one of the most improbable places on Earth, the little-known European Republic of Kalmykia, a former Soviet state.

[Most people are hard pressed to believe that Buddhism made it to Afghanistan, in Central Asia. But Siddhartha Gautama, who became the historical Buddha Shakyamuni, was probably born there 26 centuries ago when it was the northwestern frontier of India called Gandhara, near the portion of the Himalayan range known as the Hindu Kush. Buddhism did not come West to "reach" Afghanistan.

Rather it rather co-originated there, as the recent discovery of the enormous 2,600-year-old Buddhist temple complex archeological site "Copper Well" (Mes Aynak) indicates, along with the maverick archeological research of historian Dr. Ranajit Pal, and the stunning Greek-Buddhist blended treasures, monastic caves, and the world's oldest oil painting art of Bamiyan.]

Located on the arid steppe region south of Volgograd along the Caspian Sea, Kalmykia is Europe’s only Buddhist republic.

It is also billed as a Mecca for chess players with the headquarters of the World Chess Federation (FIDE, whose current president is the former president of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov). An American-style suburb has been built near the capital, Elista, expressly for the purpose of holding tournaments and offering vacation homes to former champions.

  

The game -- which was invented by Buddhist monks averse to war but keen on peaceful expressions of strategy and wit -- is mandatory for all Kalmyk school children.

Oddly, the man behind all of this, billionaire Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, claims to have been abducted by aliens (devas). He says that “chess came to Earth from outer space [in the akasha deva loka or plane of 'shining ones'].” 

Men play open air chess on a massive board in Lenin Square, women do yoga in the main Buddhist temple in front of the Golden Buddha -- whose Western features are not due to Greek artistic influence, as has long been the speculation by Eastern Buddhists but because Siddhartha was from the northwest with a mother who came from even further west in what is now the geopolitical Middle East in or around Iran (Persia, Seistan-Balochistan, according to Dr. Ranajit Pal) -- and time seems to stand still in this arctic region of the Buddhist world.

Alien abduction and hybrid children (video)

Bridget Nielsen is a healer in Santa Monica, artist, mother on  many dimensions, and a longtime alien abductee used to produce hybrid human-alien children. Abductees are hypnotized and brainwashed to repress any memory of such events, but Nielsen has managed to remember and realize what continues to happen to her as her body is used in this increasingly common practice. There are now millions of such children, and there likely have always been. American archeologist Michael Cremo has uncovered physical evidence of "modern Homo sapiens" existing on Earth millions of years ago, which should be impossible. But we are a seeded species not an entirely naturally-evolved one. Of course, our "science," such as it is with all its politics and other unscientific interference, does not allow us to so much as contemplate the possibility. There are filters in place, in the university and the mainstream press, to tell us what to think and what to mock out of hand. 

 

To dispel the fear surrounding aliens and abductions, we must investigate rather than hide, deny, and die a quiet death in ignorance. What do they look like these extraterrestrials -- angels of light, Greys, Nordic devas, little green men, Taylor Swift/KATY PERRY, Bigfoots, reptoids, humanoids...all of the above?

  

Contemplating hybridization would be moving too fast: You mean there really are extraterrestrials, space aliens? Yes. You mean they really visit? Yes. You're saying we might be the same species? It would seem so since even pre-biblical accounts tell of such interplanetary mating. The Jewish and Christian Bibles tell bastardized accounts of rape or seduction from above as the "sons of God" (devaputras) descened, beheld human women, and found them, well, easy (prey). Earth girls are easy -- everyone knows that, and all the "easier" when hypnotized. 

  

The virgin birth is what? A tale of consensual sex with otherworldly beings (angels, gandharvas, messenger-devas) or gods (brahmas)? Mother Mary, an iteration of the divine feminine or European figure of the Mother Goddess, was asked permission to bear the star child Western culture claims to revere above all (Jesus, Issa, Christ)? All of this is too much to bear. We much prefer a self-satisfied science telling us what to believe, what is possible, and what is utterly beyond the pail. Of course, that keeps changing. So when disclosure comes, we'll all say, "We knew all along; we just didn't want to sound 'crazy' like Nielsen" as she's Punk'd on "world-famous" Los Angeles radio by KROQ's corporate-owned morning zoo (Aug. 31, 2012). Tune in to hear Nielsen speak her truth -- and a more plausible explanation for life and technological advancements on Earth than academia and crusty old men holding chairs in departments and secret government contracts to conduct research in off-site labs are at liberty to disclose. War is money. And the military-industrial complex far prefers we laugh at the notion of ETs and hybrid babies. But the skies are full of intergalactic crafts (vimanas) as we play with our Androids and iPhones. There's more to life between heaven and Earth than most of us can comfortably dream of. We don't know what's TRUE, but we are sincere in finding out -- wherever the quest takes us. More

This was said by the Buddha... "Living with Brahma [the supreme] are those families where, within the home, mother and father are respected by their children. Living with the early devas are those families where, within the home, mother and father are respected by their children. 

   

"Living with the early teachers are those families where, within the home, mother and father are respected by their children. Living with those worthy of veneration are those families where, within the home, mother and father are respected by their children. 

  

"'Brahma,' disciples, is a term for mother and father. 'Early devas' and 'early teachers' and 'those worthy of veneration' are terms for mother and father. For what reason? 

  

"It is because mother and father are very helpful to their children; they take care of them, bring them up, and teach them about the world."

   

Mother and father are called "Brahma,"
"Early teachers," and "worthy of veneration,"
Being compassionate towards
Their family of children.
Thus the wise venerate them,
Pay them due honor,
Provide them with food and drink,
Give them clothing and a bed,
Anoint and bathe them
And also wash their feet.
When one performs such service
For mother and father,
They praise that wise person even here
And hereafter that person rejoices in heaven.

 

The East: Life Begins with Parents' Care

I. "In five ways, young householder [Sigala], should a child minister to mother and father as the east:

1. I shall support them, having formerly been supported by them.
2. I shall fulfill their obligations when they are no longer able to.
3. I shall keep up the family tradition.
4. I shall make myself worthy of my inheritance.
5. I shall, when they depart, make charitable offerings to benefit them.

"In five ways, young householder, do the parents thus ministered to as the east by their child show their compassion:

1. They restrain you from doing harm.
2. They encourage you in what is wholesome.
3. They provide for your education enabling you to become independent.
4. They offer you appropriate help in selecting the best marriage possible.
5. They, at the appropriate time, hand over your inheritance.

"In these five ways does a child minister to one’s parents as the east, and the parents show their compassion to that child. Thus is the east honored and upheld by householders and made safe and secure in the way of the nobles." More
