Karena beberapa ceramah saya akhir-akhir ini berfokus pada latihan prana-nadi-

bindu (yang termasuk dalam kategori Tantra Dalam), banyak siswa jadi ingin ikut latihan

prana, latihan penembusan nadi, dan latihan penaikan bindu. Tentu saja minat ini

adalah gejala yang baik. Namun sebelum berlatih hal prana-nadi-bindu, siswa haruslah

introspeksi apakah ia telah menyelesaikan latihan Tantra Luar (Tahap

Pemunculan/Pembangkitan) atau belum? Ini karena latihan prana-nadi-bindu termasuk

dalam "Tahap Penyempurnaan/Penyelesaian".

Latihan Tantra Luar sangat penting dalam Tantrayana.

Setiap Tantrika pada awalnya harus mengembangkan anitya-citta. Apa yang

dimaksud dengan anitya-citta (perenungan terhadap ketidakkekalan)? Yaitu meresapi

bahwa dunia ini tidak kekal adanya sehingga muncul keinginan untuk melatih diri.

Setelah itu, Tantrika mengembangkan "keinginan untuk meninggalkan". Karena

merasa bahwa semua yang ada di dunia ini tidak kekal, bahwa semua yang bersifat

duniawi hanyalah sementara saja, lalu muncul keinginan si Tantrika untuk

meninggalkan semua ini.

Setelah muncul "keinginan untuk meninggalkan", dalam proses pelatihan diri,

anda menjadi sadar bahwa selain ingin meninggalkan keduniawian, anda juga ingin

menolong orang lain sehingga muncullah "bodhicitta".

Setelah itu, anda menjalankan Sila, Samadhi, Prajna. Sila adalah mematuhi

aturan moral. Samadhi adalah berlatih meditasi sehingga kemudian memperoleh

kebijaksanaan (prajna) yang sebenarnya.

Sebagai tahap awal (prayoga), anda harus menumbuhkan anitya-citta, keinginan

untuk meninggalkan, bodhicitta, sila, samadhi, dan prajna. Pada tahap awal, dalam

latihan prayoga, anda harus melatih Mahanamaskara, Maha Mandala Puja, Catur

Sarana, Catur Apramana, dan Pengakuan Dosa. Semua ini merupakan dasar-dasar

Buddhadharma yang harus direalisasi.

Setelah melewati "Tahap Pembangkitan" yaitu setelah latihan Catur Prayoga,

Guru Yoga, dan Yidam Yoga sudah sangat kokoh, sudah tak akan muncul kegoyahan

iman, dan sudah memperoleh adhisthana (pemberkatan) dari para Buddha,

Bodhisattva, Dharmapala, dan Dakini, barulah anda boleh berlatih prana-nadi-bindu

(Tantra Dalam). Ini penting sekali.

Bila anda tidak melakukan latihan tahap awal, prayoga, dan langsung mau

berlatih prana-nadi-bindu, aneka rintangan mudah timbul. Ini penting sekali.

六地藏有殊勝感應 -- 6 Ksitigarbha Menganugerahkan Kontak Batin Yang Unggul

三轉六地藏 大願顯神光

2011年6月11至18日，中觀堂連續第三年邀請到釋蓮火金剛​上師、釋蓮世金剛上師主壇「六地藏護摩大法會」，為我們三度轉動​六地藏殊勝的法緣。一連七天的法會，與會同門絡繹不絕，紛紛把握​這一年一度的法緣，為自己尚在六道中輪迴的祖先冤親報名超度，解​六道冤結。

二位上師秉持一貫的慈悲，不但每天要主壇法會為大眾開示，蓮火上​師每日下午1到5點還要為同門大眾開放問事；蓮世上師更從每天上​午10點，就開始四處親訪預約同門的家中堪輿陽宅，一主內一主外​，共同為解除眾生的種種煩惱，竭心盡力的付出。

蓮火、蓮世上師 以身教導敬師與重法 

蓮火上師與蓮世上師跟隨師尊40年，可說是宗內最元老的上師，但​在面對我們的接待時仍是相當的謙虛有禮，不願多麻煩旁人，但對於​密法的嚴謹度卻又相當堅持。法會前兩位上師就親自前來指導如何安​置壇城，一般法會或許令牌幾支就夠，但兩位上師一場「六地藏法會​」，包括往生位、延生位、十殿閻羅、焦面大士壇城，總共四十多支​的令牌一支也不能少，而且堅持自己書畫令牌，兩位上師只淡淡的說​：「師尊以前怎麼教的，我們現在就怎麼做，不敢更改。」這正是敬​師、重法的最佳身教典範。

眾生佛性平等 業障不平等 

在數天的法會中上師們都有相當精彩的開示，其中蓮世上師說道，為​什麼眾生會覺得裟婆世界是不公平的，有貧富、善惡、際遇的種種差​別？佛菩薩有教導，我們轉生為人，佛性雖然平等，但業障卻不平等​，因為累劫累世我們還是有不圓滿的地方，這世來到人道，就是要我​們修行，以修法的功德力來釋化冤結。上師勉勵大家，這世能有這麼​好的福分追隨大智慧的根本上師，我們定要好好珍惜好好修持真佛密​法，返本還源。

六地藏有殊勝感應

蓮火上師則開示，這麼多年無論在哪個國家，做六地藏法會都非常殊​勝。而今年他也特地祈求地藏菩薩慈悲，讓求懺悔者能看到過去世的​冤親債主，以真實的感應讓自己真心懺悔。上師說近期在東馬做六地​藏，十多部相機都照到黑色般若光，那是冤親債主的光，還有許多同​門夢見過去世的冤親債主。因為過去世大家造的業都不同，因此會有​不同的福分。

就像中觀堂要建寺，修建土城閉關中心，上師希望大家去護持就是種​福田，種福田只要有心就不嫌少，有錢出錢有力出力，師尊教導我們​，左手做的善事不要讓右手知道。上師以達摩祖師與梁武帝的對話為​例，梁武帝問達摩祖師：「我這一輩子造了很多廟，度了很多和尚出​家，也供僧。我有什麼功德呢？」達摩祖師回答說：「沒有功德」，​蓮火上師強調，這就是做過也不留於心，才是真正的有福報。

至心懺悔 才能消業得福

因此在七天的法會中，蓮火上師與蓮世上師不斷提醒大眾，要真正解​除六道冤結，一定要至心在懺悔壇前，祈求主尊六地藏、十殿閻羅加​持做主，在祂們的見證之下，只要我們至心向冤親債主懺悔道歉，用​卜悲請示需要那些資糧或經咒的迴向。上師強調，只要在六地藏菩薩​、十殿閻羅的面前只要說定了，冤親債主就會接受供養離去。因此在​法會期間，許多同門都虔心的在壇前懺悔，也都獲得圓滿的結果，令​人讚嘆六地藏菩薩及十殿閻羅的靈感與加持。

六地藏法會將年年舉辦

蓮悅上師也不斷讚嘆兩位上師，在這一次法會中盡心盡力的弘法熱誠​，非常令人欽佩，也是給我們一種很深的典範與學習。蓮悅上師心有​所感的說，身為弘法人員，剛開始會非常的熱誠，但這樣的熱誠能維​持多久而不變？兩位上師卻是40年不變，不但要主持護摩法會，還​要為大眾問事、風水堪輿，幫助同門大眾解惑，這種無言的身教，非​常的可貴，值得我們學習，所以非常的感恩兩位上師。

蓮悅上師更在徵求了兩位上師的同意後，在法會上宣佈，「六地藏法​會」不只三年，今後每一年都會啟建一次殊勝的「六地藏法會」，與​會大眾都報以最熱烈的掌聲感謝蓮火上師與蓮世上師，法會就在這歡​喜的氣氛中圓滿落幕。

6 Ksitigarbha Mahapranidhana Dengan Cahaya Vikurvanabhala 

11-18 Jun 2011 , Cetya Zhongguan (中觀堂) untuk tahun yang ketiga kalinya kembali mengundang Vajracarya Shi Lian-huo (釋蓮火金剛上師) dan Vajracarya Shi Lian-shi (釋蓮世金剛上師) untuk memimpin Upacara Api Homa 6 Ksitigarbha, kembali demi kami semua memperdalam jalinan afinitas yang unggul dengan 6 Ksitigarbha. Pada Upacara Dharma yang diselenggarakan tujuh hari berturut-turut ini , para umat sungguh antusias menghargai jodoh Dharma nan unggul yang diselenggarakan setiap satu tahun sekali ini. Demi mendaftarkan nama para leluhur dan arwah penagih diri sendiri yang terakumulasi selama perjalanan tumimbal lahir di enam alam ini, demi mengakhiri ikatan dendam. 

Kedua Acarya sungguh welas asih, tidak hanya setiap hari memberikan Dharmadesana demi para umat, Vajra Acarya Lian-huo juga setiap hari pukul 1 siang sampai 5 sore melakukan pelayanan konsultasi bagi para umat yang sedang mengalami permasalahan baik itu duniawi maupun pelatihan diri ; Bahkan Vajracarya Lian-shi sejak pagi hari pukul 10 memenuhi undangan para umat yang memohon untuk memeriksa Fengshui rumah tinggal, demi menolong para umat supaya terbebas dari segala permasalahan kehidupan, beliau dengan sepenuh hati rela meluangkan waktunya. 

Acarya Lian-huo dan Lian-shi, Memberikan Teladan Mengenai :
Menghormati Guru , Menitikberatkan Dharma, Tekun Bersadhana. 

Acarya Lian-huo dan Lian-shi telah mengikuti Mahaguru selama 40 tahun lamanya, merupakan Acarya senior di dalam Zhen fozong, namun terhadap sambutan kami , beliau selalu menerimanya dengan penuh kerendah hatian. Beliau tidak ingin banyak merepotkan orang lain, meskipun demikian beliau sangat disiplin dalam hal tata sadhana. 

Sebelum dimulainya upacara ritual, kedua Acarya secara langsung memberikan pengarahan bagaimana mendirikan altar mandala, pada upacara biasanya hanya perlu beberapa papan komando (ling-pai), namun Upacara Dharma 6 Ksitigarbha dari kedua Acarya ini memakai 40 lebih papan komando dan tidak boleh kurang satu-pun. Diantaranya adalah untuk persemayaman almarhum, untuk altar dirgahayu, untuk 10 Yamaraja, altar Bodhisattva Bermuka Membara dan lain sebagainya, bahkan Acarya secara langsung menggambar sendiri HU untuk papan komando tersebut. 

Kedua Acarya menjelaskan : "Bagaimana dulu Mahaguru mengajari kita, maka saat ini kita harus melaksanakan sesuai dengan instruksi Beliau, kita tidak berani mengubahnya." Hal ini merupakan teladan yang sangat baik dalam Menghormati Guru dan menitikberatkan Dharma. 

Buddhatta setara pada para insan, Namun Karmawarana Tidak Setara 

Dalam setiap hari Upacara Dharma, para Acarya memberikan Dharmadesana yang sangat bermakna, diantaranya adalah, Acarya Lian-shi mengatakan : Kenapa para insan merasa bahwa dunia ini tidak adil ?ada miskin dan kaya, ada baik dan buruk, dan berjumpa dengan berbagai macam hal yang berbeda ? Buddha Bodhisattva mengajarkan kepada kita bahwa terlahir sebagai manusia meski mempunyai Buddhatta yang setara, namun rintangan karma yang menyebabkan tidak setara. Karena dalam berbagai kehidupan kita masih mempunyai ketidak sempurnaan, dan kedatangan kita kali ini di dunia manusia adalah bertujuan untuk membina diri, dengan kekuatan sadhana kita mampu mentransformasikan ikatan dendam. Acarya memberikan semangat kepada semuanya, bahwa dalam kehidupan saat ini kita sungguh memiliki berkah sehingga bisa mengikuti seorang Mahamulacarya yang memiliki Maha-prajna, kita harus benar-benar menghargai jodoh ini dengan cara tekun bersadhana dengan benar, supaya kita bisa merealisasikan mula (Buddhatta). 

6 Kistigarbha Menganugerahkan Kontak Batin nan Unggul 

Acarya Lian-huo dalam Dharmadesana menyampaikan, demikian lamanya di berbagai negara, tidak peduli di negara manapun , Upacara Dharma 6 Ksitigarbha selalu sangat unggul. Sedangkan tahun ini Beliau secara khusus memohon Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha berwelas asih, supaya para umat yang tulus memohon pertobatan dapat melihat dengan arwah penagihnya sejak kehidupan yang lampau, dengan kontak batin yang nyata ini supaya para umat dapat bertobat dengan tulus. Acarya mengatakan baru-baru ini melaksanakan Upacara 6 Ksitigarbha di Malaysia , ada sepuluh kamera yang memotret fenomena lingkaran cahaya prajna yang berwarna hitam, itu adalah cahaya arwah penagih, dan bahkan ada beberapa umat yang dalam mimpi berjumpa dengan arwah penagih dari kehidupan lampau. Karena karma yang diperbuat pada kehidupan lampau tidak sama, maka dalam kehidupan saat ini kita mempunyai berkah yang tidak sama. 

Kali ini ada kesempatan Cetya Zhongguan hendak mendirikan vihara, juga memugar pusat retret, Acarya mengharap supaya semuanya meberikan dukungan, karena ini lah ladang berkah, jika ada dana bisa berdana, jika ada tenaga bisa juga menyumbangkan tenaga. Mahaguru mengajarkan kita bahwa kebajikan yang dilakukan oleh tangan kiri jangan sampai diketahui oleh tangan kanan.

Acarya memberikan contoh percakapan antara Kaisar Liang dengan Bodhidharma :
"Seumur hidup saya ini mendirikan banyak vihara, telah memberi dukungan pada banyak orang untuk menerima upasampada menjalani hidup kebhiksuan, juga tekun melaksanakan persembahan pada Sangha. Apa pahala saya ?" 

Bodhidharma menjawab : "Tidak ada pahala."

Young Indonesians shine in int’l physics Olympiad

An Indonesian student has taken home the gold medal at the forty second International Physics Olympiad that concluded Monday in Bangkok.

Erwin Wibowo, a student of BPK Penabur Gading Serpong Christian highschool in Banten took the gold, whereas the remaining Indonesian Physics Olympiad Team contestants won silver and 3 bronze medals within the eight-day competition.

Jika kita menyentuhnya, kita akan digigitnya segera. Akan tetapi, tidak saja kepalanya yang berbahaya! Jika kita menyentuh ekornya, ia akan berbalik dan segera mengigit kita pula karena baik ekor maupun kepala, dimiliki oleh ular yang sama.

Demikian pula kebahagiaan dan ketidakbahagiaan, kegembiraan dan kesedihan, muncul dari ular yang sama: nafsu keinginan. Jadi, pada saat kita berbahagia, pikiran tidak sepenuhnya tenang.

Sebagai contoh, ketika kita mendapatkan apa yang kita inginkan, seperti kekayaan, harga diri, pujian, atau kegembiraan, kita senang, tetapi pikiran tetap gelisah karena takut kehilangan ini semua. Kondisi takut itu bukanlah keadaan yang penuh dengan ketenangan. Selanjutnya, kita mungkin kehilangan itu semua, sehingga kita benar-benar menderita.

Jadi apabila kita tidak waspada, bahkan saat bergembira, penderitaan siap mengancam. Ibarat kita memegang ekor ular – jika kita tidak membiarkannya pergi, kita akan digigitnya. Baik ekor maupun kepala ular, yaitu kondisi yang bermanfaat dan tidak bermanfaat, semuanya adalah ciri-ciri Roda Kehidupan, sesuatu yang terus-menerus berputar.

Buddha dan Bodhisatta

Anda bisa mengatakan bahwa kita adalah makhluk hidup pada umumnya yang berjuang menjadi ”makhluk tercerahkan”, ”Bodhisatta”. Inilah hal yang sama dengan yang dilakukan oleh Buddha Yang Penuh Berkah.

Ketika batin tertutupi ketamakan, kebencian, dan kekelirutahuan, itulah namanya makhluk hidup. Namun kapan pun kita punya Brahmavihara, ”kediaman luhur” akan cinta kasih, welas asih, ikut bahagia, dan ketenangseimbangan yang kukuh dalam hati kita, maka kita bisa disebut makhluk unggul, atau kita juga bisa disebut Bodhisatta. Bahkan makhluk-makhluk tanpa sifat seperti itu bisa mengembangkan diri dan akhirnya menjadi tercerahkan. Pada masa silam, makhluk yang bakal menjadi Buddha juga hanya manusia biasa. Namun ia mengembangkan dirinya menjadi makhluk unggul, makhluk yang diliputi dengan Brahmavihara, sehingga ia disebut Bodhisatta.

Kemudian, lewat perenungan tekunnya untuk mengetahui kebenaran, untuk mengetahui realita ketidaktetapan, duka, dan ketiadadirian, ia mereaih pengetahuan penuh dan tercerahkan sebagai Buddha. Jadi jangan punya gagasan bahwa cuma ada satu Buddha. Buddha yang tunggal sesungguhnya adalah Saccadhamma, kebenaran, dan siapa pun yang tercerahkan akan kebenaran, adalah Buddha. Maka, mungkin saja ada ratusan atau ribuan Buddha, namun mereka semua akan mengikuti jalan yang sama ini, yaitu Pandangan Benar.

Ya, ada satu Buddha, yaitu Pandangan Benar. Siapa pun yang sadar terhadap Pandangan Benar tidaklah berbeda dari Buddha. Jadi Buddha dan makhluk hidup pada umumnya tidaklah terlalu jauh berbeda. Ini adalah sesuatu yang harus disadari di dalam. Menyadari kebenaran batin hakiki, kita akan melihat bahwa adalah mustahil untuk menjabarkan atau memberikannya kepada pihak lain. Tidak ada cara untuk menunjukkannya, dan tidak ada satu pun yang bisa dibandingkan dengannya. Batin hakiki berada di luar kata-kata atau konsep. Dalam mengajari orang lain, kita bergantung pada hal-hal eksternal untuk menyampaikan gagasan, namun penyadaran kebenaran harus dituntaskan oleh masing-masing individu.
