Meaning and BENEFIT of beads in Buddhism

Dharma Discussion up.

Question: Bhante there is little question I am innocent of what the benefits of prayer beads? Does every grain of which included prayer beads could protect and bless us when he was taken out of the house? thank Bhante Sudhammacaro, please enlightenment.

Answer Bhante Sudhammacaro: More prayer beads used by the Mahayana and Vajrayana / Tibetan, the reason this genre aim to achieve the level of Buddha. So they could be likened to travel very far, and many temptations, obstacles, and exhausting. Mahayana Buddhism and Tibetan are also likely to develop Metta and Bodhicitta, then there is the Mantra: Om-Mani-Pedme-Hum, etc., whose words are short for easy and quick to remember when using prayer beads.

Genesis Earth and Man in the Buddhist view

The occurrence of the earth and humans are also unique concept in Buddhism, especially about the first man to appear on our earth is not just one or two people, about the first man on earth we are only described by the Buddha in the Digha Nikaya, Sutta and Bharmajala Agganna Sutta. Here below is a description of Aggana Sutta.
Vasettha, there is one day, sooner or later, after a long period, when the world is destroyed. And when this happens, generally the creatures reborn in Abhassara (natural light), where they lived from the creation of the mind (mano maya), covered with ravishment, has a luminous body, floating in space, live in splendor. They live such a long time in the future.
