Kim's attorney, Gary Hecker, filed the federal lawsuit against previous Navy in U.S. Disctrict Court bright and early this morning, over the retailer's "unauthorized use of Kardashian's name, likeness, identity and persona."
In addition to compensatory and punitive damages—which a supply tells E! News might total up to $20 million—Kim is additionally seeking an injuction against the corporate for the alleged violations.
"I've worked onerous to support the product i am personally concerned with that i feel in," Kim said.
So why when waiting farewell is she solely currently filing suit? Well, it is not a pride thing—despite the very fact that the ad's Kim doppelgänger, Melissa Molinaro, is currently rumored to own coupled up with none apart from Kardashian ex Reggie Bush (hey, the guy's clearly got a type).

Well, they got Kim's answer. most likely not what they were hoping for.
