‘Solo Message’ concerns sustainable development council

The three-day High-Level Dialogue on the Institutional Framework for Sustainable Development held in Surakarta, Central Java, ended on Thursday with the so-called “Solo Message” to be dropped at the Rio+20 conference scheduled for June 2012 in Brazil.
