The crackdown is that the results of a joint effort by the departments of Justice and Homeland Security launched in December 2009 to focus on regarding five hundred individuals in thirteen countries on 5 continents for his or her suspected participation in "Dreamboard," a members-only on-line bulletin board that was created to encourage the sharing of graphic pictures and videos.
